Apera’s responsibility is limited solely to the organizational and coordination services that it provides.
7. Preliminary Evaluation
The information and documents submitted by the patient through the website, WhatsApp, telephone, or email may be used solely for the purpose of a preliminary medical evaluation.

The patient is responsible for reviewing the scope of services and the applicable fees before making payment.
Following payment, the patient may receive an appropriate payment receipt or transaction document.
Card payments are processed through authorized banking or payment service provider infrastructure. Where physical POS terminals are used, Apera does not store the card security code (CVV), banking PIN, or the complete card number.

Apera will make reasonable efforts to inform the patient of such changes before treatment begins.
