Yakup Toprak, CEO of Apera Health Group, is a multi-disciplinary leader who combines clinical expertise with international management experience. After graduating from Near East University Faculty of Medicine in 2008, he co-founded Cyprus GynoLife IVF Hospital, serving as Medical Coordinator. During this period, he led the establishment of clinical infrastructure, structured patient processes according to international standards, and oversaw the opening of new IVF centers in Azerbaijan and Iraq.

In 2012, he founded Apera Health Group, which has since become one of Türkiye’s strongest and most recognized organizations in global health tourism. Today, he manages a large operational network including more than 200 employees, physician teams, surgical coordination across contracted hospitals, and the full cycle of international patient operations. Apera’s high patient volume, global brand visibility and operational excellence reflect his leadership vision.

Beyond healthcare, Toprak has expanded his influence across multiple sectors:

• Through Atera Fit Health Products, he manages R&D, production and international export of obesity-focused and geriatric nutritional supplements.
• With Kailyn by Apera Health Group Hotel, he established and operates a 200-bed health tourism hotel designed to enhance patient comfort and service quality.
• Through Apera Garden Farm Hotel, he created a boutique, historically themed hospitality concept in Ephesus/Selçuk.
• With Apera Romania, he leads new health and tourism investments across Europe.
